Feed Dregs Dryer
Brewers yeast dryer is a kind of single cylinder drum dryer, which can be used for drying many kinds of slurry, especially suitable for the recycling of waste yeast in brewery.
Our spent grain dryer is suitable for brewer’s grain, distiller’s grain, red wine lees and other dregs. The final moisture can be easily adjusted according to the customers’ needs.
The forage drying equipment can dry the fresh alfalfa with water content of 60-70% to 12%, while maintaining the nutrients in the fresh grass, and improving the deep processing of forage.
The pomace dryer can quickly evaporate the water in the fruit dregs through high temperature heat transfer. The wet fruit dregs with a moisture content of 60-80% can be quickly dried to about 10%.
Cassava residue dryer is specially designed according to the characteristics of cassava residue. A series of original and unique technologies and processes is adopted to ensure good drying effect.
According to the characteristics of bean curd dregs, we have designed the complete set of soybean dregs drying system, which can reduce the moisture content of bean dregs from 55%-60% to about 13%.
Our sugar beet pulp drying line guarantees the raw material quality while drying beet residue. With great adaptability, it can be used for multiple purposes and more practical.
The tomato residue dryer is developed based on the physical properties of tomato pomace. Special structural design is adopted to ensure the drying effect of the tomato pomace dryer.
