Bag Type Dust Collector Introduction
The air box pulse bag type dust collector is a new type of high-efficiency bag type dust remover developed on the basis of the original dust removal technology. With dust removal efficiency of 99%, the bag filter is the ideal dust removal equipment for collecting dust with particle size above 0.1μm. The bag type dust remover can effectively improve the dust removal efficiency and operation reliability of the pulse bag filter, extend the service life of the filter bag, and reduce the labor intensity of the operators.

Bag Filter Equipment Structure
Upper box: it can be lifted and uncovered.
Middle box: including filter bag, cage bone, rectangular induction pipe, low pressure middle box inspection door, air inlet pipe and air outlet pipe, etc.
Lower box: that is ash hopper, including ash hopper inspection door, screw conveyor, drive motor, ash outlet and outrigger, etc.
Injection system: includes pulse solenoid valve and pulse controller.
