The moisture content of cassava residue is over 80%, which is not easy to store and transport and easy to cause environmental pollution. Cassava Residues Dryer Machine Application
The cassava residues drying machine is widely used for drying the by-products of starch factories and alcohol factories, such as the cassava residues, sweet potato residue, potato residue and brewery spent grain. It is also applicable for drying feed dregs, biomass, minerals, bean dregs, fruit pomace, etc.
How does the Cassava Residues Dryer Work?
Cassava residue dryer is mainly composed of heat source, feeder, rotary drum, discharge machine, induced draft fan, unloader and electric control cabinet. After the dehydrated cassava residue enters the rotary dryer, it is evenly dispersed and fully contacted with the hot air under the turning of the board evenly distributed in the drum, which accelerates the heat and mass transfer. In the drying process, cassava residue moves to the star shaped discharge valve under the action of the inclined board and the heat medium, then the dried cassava residue is discharged outside.
