Coal Slime Dryer Introduction
DDMG Series coal drying system is special designed for drying coal materials with high water content, fine particle size and high viscosity. The drying temperature, pressure, air volume and rotation speed of the dryer is strictly controlled according to different characteristics of coal slime. Through different types of lifting device, cleaning device and crushing device inside the drum, the wall sticking problem in the process of slime drying can be well solved.
Coal Slime Dryer Machine Features
1. Equipped with new patented slime dispersing and feeding device (Patent No.: ZL 2013 2 0034326.2), completely solving the problems of uneven discharge, large instantaneous feeding amount and high material viscosity in the pressure filtration stage.
2. Special delay discharging device is adopted inside the coal dryer to prolong the residence time of coal slime in the drum and improve the exchange time of materials and hot air, so as to obtain better drying effect.
3. The feeding and discharging device (Patent No.: ZL 2013 2 0644831.3) adopts the latest patented technology and has been widely applied.
4. Adopt computer operation platform and PLC control system, realizing the automatic monitoring of the whole system.
5. Pulse bag type dust removal and wet type dust removal device solve the problems of corrosion, wear and low dust removal efficiency of tail gas.

The coal slime dryer is consist of hot air stove, conveyor, dispersing device (coal slime rotary cutter), feeder, rotary drum, drive mechanism, unloader, pulverizer, induced draft equipment, dust removal device and electric control system.
