Nickel Ore Dryer
Nickel Ore Dryer Introduction
Nickel ore is an excellent natural alloy ore with strong high temperature resistance and stable chemical properties. Its main components are iron, chromium, manganese, vanadium and other elements. Due to the high water content, complex composition, large viscosity and easy agglomeration of nickle ore, the drying of nickle ore has always been a technical problem. Our complete laterite nickel mine drying system has made special design on the internal structure of the cylinder according to the characteristics of materials, further strengthening the crushing of block materials, improving thermal efficiency and reducing drying costs.
Structure Advantages of Nickle Ore Drying Machine
* Equipped with new type material disperse feeding device, solving the problem of uneven feeding due to bonding and clumping of materials.
* A special delayed discharging device is installed inside the drum to prolong the residence time of materials in the drum and improve the heat exchange between materials and hot air, so as to obtain better drying effect.
* Adopt self-aligning supporting roller structure, the supporting roller is well matched with the rolling ring, greatly reduces the wear and power consumption.
* Adopt computer operating platform and PLC control system to realize the automatic monitoring of the whole drying system, with the function of centralization and local conversion.
* The blower, induced draft fan and main drive motor are controlled by frequency conversion, which not only saves energy, but also improves the level of automation control of the drying system.
Wide Application of Nickle Ore Dryer Machine
The nickel ore dryer machine can be used for drying raw mineral materials with high water content, such as laterite, limestone, nickel ore, bauxite ore, bentonite, clay, iron ore, etc. with about 25% internal water and 25% external water. It is widely used in chemical, military, metallurgy and other fields.
Laterite Nickle Ore Dryer Working Principle
First, the nickle ore is conveyed to the screw feeder through the dispersion feeding device and belt conveyor. After being sent to the drum dryer by the screw conveyor, the materials are quickly guided to the inclined lifting area through the guiding plate. Then the nickle ore is lifted from the bottom to the top of the drum, and then fall down due to its gravity, forming a « material curtain ». The high-temperature hot air that enters the drying drum at the same end of the wet materials passes through the materials to form the heat exchange. With the repeated mixing and heat exchange between materials and flue gas, the materials are discharged from the drying drum after meeting the moisture requirements for the materials.
