How does the Boiling Furnace Work?
The fuel is crushed into particles of less than 10mm and evenly fed into the furnace chamber by the speed control machinery. The controlled high pressure air is injected into the furnace bed through the air cap hole on the air distribution plate. The fuel is burned in a fluidized boiling state under the action of high pressure wind, producing high temperature hot flue gas.
