Palm Dregs Drying System Working Principle
The complete palm dregs drying system mainly consists of hot air furnace, feeding port, rotating cylinder, material conveying pipe, cooling cylinder, and discharge port. The rotating cylinder is located on the driving roller. The active roller drives the rotating drum to rotate at a low speed through the motor and reducer transmission. The palm waste enter the rotating drum through the feed bin, and the rotating cylinder is equipped with automatic stone and iron removal device to ensure that no impurities remain in the dried materials. The dried material is packaged through the discharge port after passing through the cooling bin.
