Wet Dust Collector Introduction
Wet dust collector is a kind of dust removal equipment that uses water or other liquids to fully contact with dusty gas to wash down the dust particles. The wet dust remover is composed of an impact water bath dust collector and a wet filtering steel mesh layer dust collector connected together in series in the same tower. This dust collector can be used for dust removal and poison filtration in coal, mining, ceramics, printing and dyeing, casting, refractory materials, boilers and other industries.

How does the Dust Collector Work?
When the dust remover is running, the dust-containing airflow rushes into the water at a certain speed through the air duct set in the center of the tower in the equipment, and reverses at a certain speed of the empty tower air flow, forming bubbles and foam in the water, trapping the dust particles in the air flow down. The dust-containing gas after primary purification by the impact water bath dust removal passes through the wet steel mesh at a lower speed and in the counter-current direction. The wet steel mesh dust removal uses stainless steel mesh as filter layer, and continuously spray water mist to the filter layer, so as to integrate the two functions of steel mesh filtration and water film dedusting, thus improving the dust removal efficiency, cleaning the collected dust and preventing the dust from flying again.
